Movieclips Trailers Watch Felicity Jones and Eddie Redmayne soar beyond their limits in first trailer for The Aeronauts!
42ndnumber This movie could have been interesting but it seems like ridiculous PC garbage with no respect to the men who actually did these things. And maybe too much cgi would destroy the immersion
Beatrize Margaux
Beatrize Margaux I know that they gender-bent Coxwell, but I'm actually very excited for this movie.
Black Black
Black Black I could not believe Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones handed back together in the role of the main characters such as a pilot Amelia Wren and a scentist James Glaisher find in themselves in an epic fight for survival while attempting to make in discoveries in a gas ballon.
I could not wait to watch my favorite from their performances and action scenes in the film Aeronauts when they both reunited in playing the scientific role of the main characters from The Theory of Everything on November 2014 before the film will release the movie trailer in the New Year 2015 years.
TheStockwell "Inspired by True Events" - as in: it was two men who made the trip. I don't mind gender swapping when we're talking about fictional characters. You want to have a female 007? An all-female remake of "The Three Musketteers"? Sure, go nuts. But, erasing half of a two-person team who actually existed and replacing them with a completely fictitious character? I'm sure we're we're setting the stage for an "Inspired by True Events" film about the first powered flight, undertaken by by the famous "Wright Siblings" - Orville and Wilhelmina Wright.

It's only a movie, right? There WERE female "aeronauts." Google Sophie Blanchard or Margaret Graham. Do a film about *them*.

It's only a movie - a movie that is deleting someone significant. Today's cut and paste quote: "A report in The Daily Telegraph quotes Keith Moore, Head of Library at the Royal Society (Royal Society of London for Improving Natural Knowledge), as saying, "It’s a great shame that Henry [Coxwell] isn’t portrayed because he performed very well and saved the life of a leading scientist".

Coming in 2021: an "Inspired by True Events" film about the first ascent of Mt. Everest. Enjoy the thrilling tale of the Nepali-Indian Sherpa mountaineer, Tenzing Norgay - and his enabler, Hillary Edmund.
